Promotions and offers

a) Greggs Quests are available to Greggs App customers only. You must be on the latest version of the app (4.30.0) to view the Greggs Quest: Wicked For Good quests. 

b) The actions and deadlines relevant to each quest can be found in your app. We will also communicate this to you via marketing channels if you have the relevant marketing preferences.  

c) Quests which require scanning the app must be done so in a shop, via an app scan. Quests which require the purchase of a product can be done so via scanning the app in shop or via a Click + Collect purchase on the app.  

d) Non-scanned transactions and redemption of free rewards do not count towards the Greggs Quest tasks. The deadline to complete a Greggs Quest is as stated in your wallet, and it cannot be extended. 

e) You must tap ‘Start Quest’ in your Greggs App to take part in the promotion. 

f) Greggs Quest specific terms and conditions are set out below. By participating in the Quests, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions.

COMPETITION ENTRIES WITH PURCHASE – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Promoter: Greggs plc, Greggs House, Quorum Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE12 8BU (“us”, “we”). 

Below are the terms and conditions which apply to each of the Greggs Quest competitions. By entering each competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

A purchase is necessary to enter each competition. Purchases can be either in store (you must scan the Greggs App at the point of purchase) or via click and collect on the Greggs App.  

Competition 1 T&Cs: Buy 3 festive items for a chance to win a £50 Greggs gift card (17^th - 23^rd November) 

You must purchase a minimum of three festive menu items via a digital transaction for it to count towards your quest progress. You must complete this between 17^th and 23^rd November 2025. 

The festive menu includes the following items: Gingerbread drink range, Salted Caramel drink range, Mint drink range, Vanilla drink range, Festive Bake, Vegan Lattice (Festive Edition), Festive Flatbread, Festive Lunch Baguette, Gingerbread Muffin, Chocolate & Hazelnut Flavour Doughnut, Christmas Mini Caramel Shortbread, Christmas Tree Biscuit, Christmas Bun, Christmas Bun Multipack, Sweet Mince Pie, Sweet Mince Pie Multipack, Christmas Cake Slice. 

There will be 50 winners. 

Each winner will receive x1 gift card to the value of £50 to redeem in Greggs stores.

Competition 2 T&Cs: Scan the app once between 11am-2pm for a chance to win an exclusive Wicked: For Good merch bundle (24^th - 30^th November) 

You must scan the app between 11am and 2pm one time, between 24^th and 30^th November 2025. Scans where only a free product is redeemed do not count towards your quest progress. We will inform you when you have completed your quest.

There will be 8 winners.

Each winner will receive x1 “A Wicked: For Good” merchandise bundle of 5 items including a Spirit Jersey, scrunchie, mug, mirror and keychain. 

The item is subject to stock availability and will be determined at the sole discretion of Greggs. 

 Competition 3 T&Cs: Win a trip to Iceland 

The Competition will run from 10^th November 2025 until 11:59pm on 14^th December 2025 (the “Entry Period”). 

To enter the Competition, you will need to:  

• have an account registered with the Greggs App; and 

• during the Entry Period, complete any one of the weekly quests. Details of which can be found on the Greggs App.  

There will be a total of 5 quests. For each completion of a quest, the participant will receive one entry into the Competition and completion of the final quest (running between 8 – 14 December 2025) will entitle the participant to 50 bonus entries. 

Each participant can have up to 55 entries into the Competition, depending on which quests are completed.  

The Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom, aged 18 or over. 

For participants who are Greggs employees, if you are a winner it is your responsibility to ensure that you have sufficient annual leave to book the holiday. 

There will be 1 winner.  

The winner will receive:  

• Return standard economy flights for two people from London (either London Gatwick, London Heathrow or London Luton) (inclusive of all applicable airport taxes, fees and duties) to Reykjavik, Iceland (including 1 item of checked luggage for 2 people and 1 item of hand luggage per person – weight allowance determined by airline); flights may be indirect and not all routings will be available; flight itinerary will be selected by the prize provider at their sole discretion; 

• Return airport transfers from the airport to the hotel in Reykjavik, Iceland; 

• 3 nights’ bed and breakfast accommodation at a 4 star accommodation (selected by the prize provider at their sole discretion); 

• Entry for 2 people to the Northern Lights Midnight Adventure including professional guide;  

• Return transfers to the Northern Lights Midnight Adventure from the hotel; 

• Admission for 2 people to Geothermal Spa (minimum age 12, must be accompanied by an adult); 

• Dinner at the revolving glass domed restaurant in Reykjavik, Iceland up to the value of £75 per person; and 

• Travel insurance (restrictions apply).  

Date restrictions: The prize cannot be taken between 21 December - 4 January, over public holidays in the departure or arrival country, or over Easter Sunday. The prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and all travel must be completed within that time.  

The winner must organise and pay for their own travel arrangements to and from the airport in the UK.  

Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companion to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companion are aged 70 or over.  

The winner is responsible for arranging (and bearing the costs of) any element of the trip that is not expressly described in above, including: 

• Visas or other travel documentation;  

• Vaccinations, where required;  

• Car hire; and  

• Events, activities, food and drink (except as provided above).  

The winner must ensure that they and their guests hold passports that are valid for travel on the selected dates and that they and their guests are not subject to any restriction which may impact their ability to travel. 

The prize will be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by the prize provider, airline, hotel or other organisation connected to this promotion. The winner must review and comply with these terms and conditions. 

The prize will be fulfilled by a third party partner, Element London Ltd. We will put the winners in contact with Element London Ltd.  

TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO ALL THREE COMPETITIONS

Selecting and notifying the winners 

The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries through a third-party generator and notified by email within 14 days from the Competition closing.  

To claim their prize, the winner must respond with the requested details in the manner and within the time frame specified in the prize notification. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable or failure to reply as specified in the notification and within the time stated may result in selection of an alternative winner. 

For any winners who are Greggs employees, Greggs reserves the right to select a different winner if there are any outstanding investigation, disciplinary or performance issues with any of the winners. 

There are no cash equivalent or other prize alternatives available. The prize may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. Prizes cannot be transferred, sold, auctioned or exchanged. All elements of the prize are subject to availability - if unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute a similar alternative prize of equal value in such circumstances. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by us, the prize will only be awarded directly to the winner. 

We reserve the right to verify all entries and the winners and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this Competition’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the Competition or won using fraudulent means. We will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into. 

We do not take any responsibility for entries which for technical or other reasons are not entered correctly or are lost. 

Personal data 

Participants agree that by entering the Competition their personal details will be stored and otherwise processed by us and our appointed agents and third-party suppliers for the purposes of administering the Competition and for the marketing of the Competition. 

All personal information provided will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy which you can read at: Greggs | Privacy Policy. 

The first name and location of the winners will be available on this page  https://www.greggs.com/legals/promotions-and-offers for a period of one month following the closing date. If you do not want your name and location included on the list of winners referred to above, you must notify the Promoter before the closing date of the Competition. 

Limitation of liability 

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner(s) or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter. Your statutory rights are not affected. 

General 

In the event of circumstances outside our reasonable control, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Competition or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, we reserve the right to cancel, suspend or amend the Competition or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment. 

Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the terms and conditions will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
